Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for store credit
  • The customer covers the cost of returning items to District the Label
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, i.e unworn, unwashed and with all tags/buttons attached
  • Any items received by District the Label that are not in keeping with the above conditions will be returned to you
  • For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for exchange on earrings, underwear, swimwear or hats In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will refund, replace or repair faulty items
  • If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email info@districtthelabel.com with your order details and a photo of the fault/photo of the tag of the incorrect item and we will discuss the best solution for you.
