FREE STANDARD SHIPPING when you spend over $50!

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING when you spend over $80!

Orders under $50 are a flat rate charge of $10 for express shipping and $5 for standard shipping, you can choose what you'd prefer! 

Delivery Time:

Standard shipping will take 2-3 business days to Metro areas within QLD and 2-5 business days to regional areas within QLD. Interstate orders to Metro areas will up to 3-6 business days and Regional interstate areas will take 3-10 business days.

Express shipping is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas - Perth CBD only). Australia Post do allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days

NEW ZEALAND

For NZ deliveries, we use AusPost International services. Please allow 1-4 business days from departing Australia for your item to be delivered.

 

UNITED STATES

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING when you spend over $120!

Orders under $120 are a flat rate charge of $15.00 for standard shipping.

Delivery Time:

For USA deliveries, we use AusPost International services. Please allow 2-6 business days from departing Australia for your item to be delivered.

 

UK, EUROPE & OTHER COUNTRIES

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING when you spend over $150!

Orders under $150 are a flat rate charge of $25.00 for standard shipping.

Delivery Time:

For UK, Europe & Other Country deliveries, we use Australia Post International postage services. Please allow 1-3 weeks from departing Australia for your item to be delivered.

 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are shipped with Australia Post, all orders are packed and dispatched the within 3 business days. Not including PRE-ORDER. 

 

TRACKING & DELIVERY

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. 

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. District The Label is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking. Please go to http://auspost.com.au/track/ to follow the journey of your parcel.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

District The Label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or orders delayed in transit.

If you have incorrectly entered the nominated delivery address on your order, please contact our friendly customer service team within one hour of placing your order to ensure we can change the delivery address accordingly. 

If you have any issues with entering your nominated delivery address during your checkout process, please contact our customer service team before proceeding your order so we can set up the account for you.
